Tangy Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • 2 2oz cups Aveyo Avocado Mayo

  • 6 cups shredded cabbage

  • 3 medium carrots, shredded

  • ⅓ cup sugar

  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar 

Directions 

  1. In a large bowl combine cabbage and carrots

  2. In a small bowl combine aveyo avocado mayo, sugar and vinegar 

  3. Pour mayo mixture over cabbage mixture and toss to cost

  4. Serve with a slotted spoon
